- On Sunday, Javier Milei visited the Rebbe's Ohel in Queens during his US diplomatic tour, accompanied by Rabbi Simon Jacobson, reaffirming support for Israel.
- Since taking office over a year ago, Milei has aligned Argentina closely with Jerusalem and Washington, launching the Isaac Accords last year and planning the embassy relocation to Jerusalem next spring.
- Milei began the tour in Miami earlier this week with Foreign Secretary Pablo Quirno, Chief of Staff Manuel Adorni, and Secretary General of the Presidency Karina Milei, then attended the Shields of the Americas summit on Saturday and spoke at Yeshiva University, Manhattan.
- The tour will conclude in Chile with President José Antonio Kast, while Argentina's security services heightened alerts over concerns that Iran and its proxies could activate sleeper cells.
- While in New York he is also set to be honored at The Algemeiner's gala on Monday, and the tour organized by the Argentine Embassy for Argentina Week aims to strengthen ties with Bank of America and J.P. Morgan.
