The Confederation of the Polish Crown congress in Łochów has begun. Grzegorz Braun said that "attempts were being made to thwart" the conference. Earlier, the owner of the venue where the congress was held addressed the controversy surrounding the event. He announced the purpose for which he would donate the proceeds from the event.
Władysław Grochowski and Arche hotels made headlines after the party rented a room in one of his rooms for the extreme Polish nationalist Grzegorz Braun. Reporter Cezary Łazarewicz urged people to "avoid" Arche hotels. Meanwhile, the businessman announced—in a statement sent to "Gazeta Wyborcza"—that he would donate all proceeds from the event "to help struggling Ukraine."
