CULLMAN COUNTY, Ala. — A man and woman from Arab were killed Sunday evening in a crash involving two vehicles in Cullman County, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. 84-year-old Oneal Kelley was fatally injured when the 2017 Nissan Rogue he was driving was struck by a 2011 Peterbilt tractor-trailer operated by 33-year-old Aaron C.
