Appotronics "Dares to be First" at CES 2026: Unveils Groundbreaking Optical Engines to Redefine AI-Powered AR Glasses

At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Appotronics unveiled its first singular-engine binocular AR display engines, the Dragonfly G1 Mini and Dragonfly C1, on Jan. 7.
Removing dual engines, the singular-engine binocular design eliminates two optical engines, reducing volume, weight and complexity, making wearability feasible for all-day AR glasses, Appotronics says.
The company highlighted technical benchmarks, noting the ultra-miniaturized Dragonfly G1 Mini sets a new compactness standard and the Sharge Loomos AI Display Glasses S1 weigh 29 grams versus 69 grams for other smart glasses.
Beyond AR demonstrations, Appotronics is showing hair‑regrowth and skincare devices at The Venetian and Formovie home‑entertainment optics in the Central Hall, while offering client customization like lens curvature tailoring.
The move positions Appotronics Corporation Ltd. to accelerate the shift toward wearable, affordable AI-powered smart glasses by replacing dual engines with a single one and leveraging its ALPD laser technology across cinema, home entertainment, automotive, and health markets.
