BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- In Biloxi, applications are now open for the sixth annual Citizen’s Police Academy. It is an eight-week program offering a behind-the-scenes look at police operations. Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings from August 20 through October 15 at the Biloxi Police Training Center.
