- An electromagnetic disturbance grants telepathic powers to a tenth of Earth's population in the story, with newly-telepathic Boston police contending with a faction of wrongly convicted prisoners.
- Justin Rhodes wrote the screenplay, while Zach Studin produces for AWA Studios alongside Kevin Walsh of The Walsh Company under his overall deal with Apple Studios.
