The offering is expected to generate $192 million in gross proceeds, with BofA Securities, Evercore ISI, Cantor, and LifeSci Capital serving as joint book-running managers.
Following the pricing announcement, the company expects the offering to close on or about August 3, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Registration statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission became effective July 30, 2026, while AD109's New Drug Application carries a Prescription Drug User Fee Act goal date of February 28, 2027.
