“An abuse,” was how the president of the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA) described, this Monday, the imposition of not placing parasols in front of beach concessions, an issue that has generated a heated discussion in recent days. In this regard, the official stated that a clarification note will be issued this week which should dispel the controversy.
