Anzco Foods’ parent company, Yonekyu, has been cleared by New Zealand’s competition regulator, the Commerce Commission, to buy Greenlea Group in a deal valued at $657 million. ComCom said it believed the deal would be unlikely to “substantially lessen” competition.
