RIAS Records 2521 Antisemitic Cases

Compared to the previous year, the research centre again recorded a significant increase in anti-Semi-ti-tin incidents in Berlin. Many of these would have Middle East implications and are directed against institutions, says RIAS.

The research and information centre Antisemitism Berlin (RIAS) has documented more than twice as many anti-Semitic incidents in 2024 as in the previous year – a total of 2 521. The figures show that the wave of anti-Semitic violence and hostility that began after 7 October 2023 does not ebb.
