PROVINCETOWN – For the second day in a row, rescuers were called to the West End Breakwater path to Long Point for a person who slipped and fell injuring themselves. Paramedics hiked out to the victim and the Harbormaster responded by boat. The victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital
