The Foster Care System Has a Suicide Problem. Federal Cuts Threaten To Slow Fixes.

NEW MEXICO, JUL 10 – Four foster youths have died by suicide since April amid ongoing failures in mental health care and stable placements, despite legal commitments to improve the system.
