Another Frosty Morning. A Record Was Broken at a Third of the Stations

The Czech Republic has had another frosty morning, meteorologists from the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ) reported. Almost a third of the stations recorded a record minimum air temperature of two meters for May 24. Ground frosts occurred in most areas. It will still be below zero in the morning on Sunday.

The Czech Republic had a very cold night on Saturday, with roughly a third of stations measuring for at least 30 years recording a record low for May 24. The coldest was in Březník in the Šumava Mountains, where meteorologists measured minus 7.2 degrees Celsius. The Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ) reported this today on the X network.
