A third Filipino seafarer has died following recent drone and missile attacks in the Northern Black Sea, bringing the death toll among Filipino crew members to three, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) said on Saturday, August 1.
Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac confirmed that 17 ships carrying 236 Filipino Seafearers were reportedly caught up in the tension between Ukraine and Russia in the Northern Black Sea.
