The measure was officialized by Regulation 5707/2026 of the ANMAT, published in this Wednesday’s Official Gazette. The agency found that the product continued to be marketed despite the fact that it no longer had health records in place and ordered its use, advertising, distribution and sale to be prohibited.

It is the product identified as “SUPERCygonazo. Rodenticide Single Dose”, produced by the firm Mendizabal, Ferraro and Larrinaga S.R.L.
ANMAT prohibited raticide in all its presentations, after finding that it continued to be marketed without a valid health record.
It was ordered by the National Administration of Medicines, Food and Medical Technology (ANMAT) this Wednesday.
