The decision was made because the products do not meet the health requirements necessary for their marketing. Furthermore, the body recommended not to purchase or consume them.

Often used to relieve pain, sleep disorders or anxiety, cannabidiol (CBD) is still poorly framed. The National Health Security Agency (Anses) proposes to officially classify it as toxic to reproduction.
