EVERGENT Investments announces its entry into the shareholdership of the airline with Romanian full capital AnimaWings.
Anima Wings, the airline founded by Marius Pandel and Cristian Pandel, which own the Christian Tour group, attracted three institutional investors into the stock exchange, after signing a strategic agreement with BT Asset Management SAI, part of the Financial Group Banca Transilvania, Winners Holding Investments and Evergent Investments, three companies related to the Ciorcilla family, which founded Banca Transilvania.
