Salamanca, Guanajuato.- A little more than a month after the ATERE (Atrapa, Esteriliza and Returnna) program, promoted by Salmantinos Unidos by the Rescue and Animal Welfare (SURBA), has already been completed 36 sterilizations of dogs in street situation that were later returned as community dogs, reported the representative of the association, Algeria Ramírez, who emphasized that the strategy has had a positive response from the citizens.
