TOWN OF EDMESTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - Police arrest two individuals in the Town of Edmeston for the alleged abuse of numerous dogs. On September 4th, police arrested Christopher Romain and Kristin Natterer, both of the Town of Edmeston. According to the Otsego County Sheriff's Office the arrest followed an investigation after a report of alleged animal abuse was made. Police say that individuals were housing numerous dogs that appeared emaciated.…

Animal Abuse Case Involving 13 Dogs in Otsego County
