Angelo Isidorou says he is leaving on amicable terms after helping build the party from 2% support to more than 40%, he said.
- On Wednesday, Angelo Isidorou announced his departure as executive director of the Conservative Party, with the party release specifying he is leaving on amicable and mutual terms.
- Isidorou joined in 2022 when the Conservatives polled at two per cent, describing his tenure as the "honour of a lifetime" while the party rose to become the Official Opposition in the Legislature.
- The party surged to over forty per cent support under his leadership, developed a multi-million dollar organization, and came "within a hair of forming a majority government."
- Leader Kerry-Lynne Findlay thanked Isidorou for his continuity during an early transition, wishing him "every success as he embarks on his next exciting chapter."
- With a fresh mandate from members, Findlay is leading the Conservatives into the next chapter as the party moves toward opportunity and prosperity for all British Columbians.
