Spain's Andalusia on Red Alert as Storm Leonardo Poses 'Extraordinary Danger'
Storm Leonardo threatens extreme rainfall and flooding, prompting suspension of schools except in Almeria; 50 reservoirs at max capacity increase flood risk, authorities said.
