Slovenian culinary expertise is spreading to Croatia. The second best chef in the world, Ana Roš Stojan, who holds three Michelin stars at Hiša Franko, has opened a new restaurant in Poreč, which she has named Jaz, just like in Ljubljana. She will prepare her dishes from ingredients from local farmers and fishermen, which guests will be able to try at one of the most exclusive locations in Poreč.
