Edp Renewables recorded a 96% increase in profits compared to 2025, driven by "solid operational performance" and gains with asset sales, despite revenues slightly below, says the company.
The executive president of the EDP group, Miguel Stilwell de Andrade, talks about a semester with a very strong operational and financial growth, to which are added asset rotation operations, such as the transaction closed this week in the USA. "We are well on our way to having a good year," the CEO told Expresso.
The EDP Renewables (EDPR) had profits of 184 million euros in the first half of the year, more 96% than in the same months of 2025, announced today the company.
