At approximately 6:08 AM on the 27th, a woman surnamed Liao was driving a car and making a left turn from Zhuangjing Road onto Guolu Road. She apparently failed to notice and yield to a pedestrian, and collided with an 89-year-old woman surnamed Zeng who was crossing the road, causing the woman to fall to the ground and sustain injuries.
