(FOX 5/KUSI) — Users of the northernmost stretch of Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner route in Southern California will see some changes during the first half of August. Amtrak announced on Thursday that train service between Goleta and San Luis Obispo will be suspended during the replacement of a bridge from August 1 to 16.
