The organizers announced on Instagram on Saturday that the municipality has revoked the permit. The AD reports that the organization has filed summary proceedings against the municipality of Amsterdam.
The tent on the site did not meet the requirements, meaning the safety of the visitors could not be guaranteed.
The organizers of the sold-out and internationally renowned Music On Festival are filing an injunction against the Municipality of Amsterdam in a last-ditch attempt to save the festival.
