Sergei Kuzovlev is suspected of violating the laws and customs of war, which caused the death of people.
In absentia, the Ukrainian Security Service brought suspicion to the attention of the former commander of the Russian Southern Military Region, Colonel-General Sergei Kuzovlev of the Russian Federation, who organized a missile attack on Kramatorsk in June 2023.
