- Attended by SPs of 119 border districts, the meeting provided institutional structure to combat narcotics, smuggling, and cybercrime while ensuring 100% implementation of welfare schemes under the Vibrant Villages Programme.
- Future efforts will extend to coastal border security in India as the government moves toward a "smart border" vision intended to make the system the most modern in the world.
