American computer scientist Khosla named University of Rwanda board chair

Indian-American computer scientist Pradeep Khosla has been named the chairperson of University of Rwanda (UR)'s board of governors. He succeeds Prof. Paul Davenport, the long-serving chair who has held the position since 2013.
