American Airlines Tests New Tech at DFW Airport Designed to Cut Customs Time

DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, JUL 23 – American Airlines' One Stop Security pilot cuts connection times by more than half for passengers arriving from London Heathrow to Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

American Airlines is overhauling its customer-experience strategy this year. As part of the continuing push, the carrier is testing a program to reduce the time passengers on international flights spend navigating customs and immigration.
