American Airlines Tests New Tech at DFW Airport Designed to Cut Customs Time

DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, JUL 21 – Flight attendants sided with the family occupying the paid aisle seat, despite the passenger's claim, highlighting ongoing seat assignment enforcement challenges on international flights.

American Airlines is overhauling its customer-experience strategy this year. As part of the continuing push, the carrier is testing a program to reduce the time passengers on international flights spend navigating customs and immigration.
