- Recalled models include JKMAX-002, JKMAX-7284B, JKMAX-6284B, JKMAX-10090B, and JKMAX-8490B. Model numbers appear on the back of the remote control or on the product packaging label.
- Consumers who purchased the recalled products on Amazon between September 2022 and July 2026 must stop using them immediately. JKMax is offering full refunds to affected customers.
