- Eligible U.S. Prime members must have enrolled between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025 via challenged enrollment flows and used three Prime benefits within 12 months, receiving refunds capped at $51 and sent via Venmo and PayPal with 15 days to accept.
- The FTC estimated about 35 million customers could qualify, the first wave of payments will finish by Dec. 24, and anyone missing an email by then can file a claim next year.
- After automatic payouts end on Dec. 24, customers in the next group will receive a claims form and have 180 days to submit it; Amazon.com, Inc. will review claims within 30 days and issue refunds after approval.
