As part of the actions for World Environment Day, 20 Ibirapitás trees were planted in Parque Rivera de Bella Unión, in Artigas, next to the Municipality and technical school No. 1 "Maestro Sergio González Olaizola" of UTU. The specimens commemorate two decades of operations of Alcohols of Uruguay (ALUR) in that city and represent each year of operations since 2006.
