Alton Replaces Expo In 2026 and 2027 With First Responders Springfest Carnival

ALTON - The Alton Expo will not be held in 2026 or 2027 "because of a scheduling conflict with the carnival company," the City of Alton announced on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026.
