Parental Rights - Federal Council Advocates Equality of Two-Mother Families in Parenthood

The Federal Council supports the legal equality of families with two mothers. A resolution of the State Chamber states that the unequal treatment of partnerships between two married women in relation to parenthood should be terminated.
