- FF7 Revelation, the Final Fantasy Remake trilogy finale, launches April 8, 2027, on Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch rather than remaining a PlayStation exclusive, while the showcase revealed Grand Theft Auto-inspired DualSense controllers.
- Criticizing the presentation, one Reddit user wrote, "This State Of Play just wasn't worth it," while another added, "They didn't even show Intergalactic? holy fuck, this was the worst State Of Play I've watched by far."
