Dismissed lieutenants file a lawsuit against the Turkish Armed Forces for return
Lieutenants Ebru Eroğlu and İzzet Talip Akarsu, who were dismissed from the Turkish Armed Forces because they crossed their swords and said “We are Mustafa Kemal’s soldiers” and recited the Officer Oath at the Military Academy graduation ceremony, filed a lawsuit at the Ankara Administrative Court to have the decision of the Land Forces Command High Disciplinary Board annulled.
