All Japan Junior Cycling Championships: Rokuzo Nagamine (Oki Technical High School) and Kiyono Maejima (Koyo High School) Both Finish in Second Place in the Men's and Women's 1000m Time Trial.

The 95th All Japan Track Cycling Championships were held on the 14th and 15th at the Izu Velodrome in Shizuoka Prefecture. In the junior 1000-meter time trial (TT), Rokuzo Nagamine (Okinawa Technical High School) came in second place with a time of 1 minute 4.634 seconds. Seiyo Ganeko (Naha High School) came in 14th place with a time of 1 minute 7.365 seconds.
