CANCÚN, QRO.- Faced with the growth of the sargaso phenomenon in the Caribbean and other regions of the world, the governor of Quintana Roo, Mara Lezama Espinosa, called to strengthen international cooperation to transform this environmental challenge into shared solutions, through technology, knowledge, financing and new chains of circular economy.
