A winter storm warning was issued by the National Weather Service on Tuesday at 2:33 a.m. EST valid from Wednesday 10 a.m. EST until Thursday 7 a.m. EST for Alger County.The weather service says to be ready for, "Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph."
