ALEXANDRIA — The route for the Vikingland Community Support Program's popular Halloween Parade is changing. It will take place on Broadway, not Fillmore. In past years, the parade started at the Douglas County Fairgrounds, moved to Fillmore Street and then to Ninth Avenue.
