In a joint effort to ensure safe environments for women, the Autonomous University of Coahuila (UAdeC) hosted the launch of the program “Alerta y Segura”, an initiative led by the Municipal Institute of Women, the Public Security and Citizen Protection Commission, and the Technical Secretariat of Saltillo City Council.
