Albemarle City Council votes to permanently close Jefferies Street

ALBEMARLE — At the Albemarle City Council’s meeting on Nov. 17, the council voted to permanently close Jefferies Street, which is near the intersection of U.S. 52 and N.C. 24/27 in Albemarle.
