PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A 13-year-old boy was taken into juvenile custody on July 11 after officials say he started a large field fire in Albany that threatened multiple homes and businesses. The teen was lodged in the Linn Benton Juvenile Detention Center and charged with first and second-degree arson.
