Caleb Michael Whisnand Sr., 37, pleaded guilty to capital murder in the 2021 blunt force trauma death of his 5-week- old son, C.J., said Montgomery County District Attorney Azzie Oliver. He also pleaded guilty to falsely reporting to law enforcement that the child had been kidnapped.
