BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A 38-year-old woman was killed in a crash on I-20 West at the I-59 South interchange early Friday morning. Phylicia Wilson, of Birmingham, was involved in a single-vehicle crash around 2:03 a.m. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office. The Birmingham Police Department will investigate.
