Jazz Musician. A drummer, he is best known for his work with Miles Davis and Sonny Rollins. Born Aloysius Tyrone Foster, he was raised in New York City and got his break in the industry at the age of twenty one, when he contributed to Blue Mitchell's album The Thing to Do (1964).
