Ajisen Ramen is a franchise that began, as a restaurant, in 1968, in the city of Kamamoto, Japan. Takaharu Shigemitsu founded it, with the intention of offering the public the ramen he made for his little daughter, Chichan, represented on the brand logo doll. Today, Ajisen is a chain of 700 restaurants spread over cities in more than 16 countries, such as Japan, China, Australia, Singapore, Canada, Thailand, Panama and Italy.
