The Airport Harm Control Authority publishes its activity report for the year 2024, which makes progress on noise, except for night flights, and proposes some improvements.
Lille-Lesquin airport took stock of its actions to combat noise pollution during night flights, a sharp decrease from one year to the next. In 2024, 4.6% of commercial flights to Lille airport were scheduled at night between 11pm and 6am. Thus, 1118 movements were recorded between 10pm and 6am: 28% less than in 2023.
